How can I pay my order?
Once you’re done adding all the products you wish in your basket, click on “Cart” on top right of your screen, then on the “Purchase” button.

When will the amount of my purchase de debited?
According to the rules that are applicable on most of eshops, your bank account will be debited at the end of the final payment step, and not when the parcel will be send.
My payment was rejected, what can I do?
If payment is refused, order cannot be placed; you will not be debited of the order’s amount. You can try to make a purchase again.
Check your internet connexion: if it’s too slow, sometimes payment can be rejected because of time-out. Maximum amount of your credit card can also easily be reached & explains why payment if refused, even if your account is credited.
In any case, do not hesitate to contact your bank for more informations.
Can I modify my order?
No, you’re not able to change your order once it’s placed, because once your order is valid, the team prepares the shipping.
If delay for modification is exceeded, you benefit from Melvin & Hamilton’s purchase guarantees: you’ll have 14 days to change your mind & ship the parcel back to us after you received it. Then you’ll be refunded – if products are sent back in their original condition.
