Exchanges and refunds are also offered!
For any order below 50 €, the shipping costs for Switzerland are 12,90 €.
Shoetrees are sent free of charge from the 2nd pair of shoetrees onwards. For our creams, we offer you the delivery costs, either from the 2nd jar 100 ml or from the 3rd jar 50 ml.
This also applies to our socks, bracelets and laces: from the second pair of socks, the second bracelet and the 4th pair of laces, the shipping costs are free of charge.
You can view the shipping costs that apply to your order in your shopping cart, before you pay for your order.
Please note the additional shipping costs for returns if the invoice amount is less than the minimum amount for free delivery in case of a refund.
Any customs charges incurred will not be refunded by us.
