How do I return my shoes?

You want to exchange an item, or do you want it to be reimbursed? You have 14 days to contact us per mail or phone and request an exchange or refund of your product.

 

We do not carry the costs of a return for every country; please contact our customer service to know if it belongs to the countries for which we reimburse the return charges.

As e-merchant, the environmental impact of transport is a subject that is dear to us. We strive to streamline and to limit as much transport concerning our shipments. We also expect our pleasant customers to ensure their choice regarding a model or color, but especially concerning the size, our client service which will always be delighted to inform you when placing your order.

 

Step 1 : revocation

 

To revocate, you must let us know within 14 days of the receipt of your order - or the first presentation of the carrier if you were not at your home on the day of delivery.

To make your procedure easier this functionality is available in your account in a few clicks.

 

If you do not have an account, please contact us personally to revocate your order.

 

If you have a problem with the revocation form, do not hesitate to contact us.



Step 2 : prepare the return

 

All returns must be complete (original packaging, manuals, accessories) and returned products must be in perfect condition for resale, they will neither be soiled or damaged (due to their use). The product can of course be examined and tested under the same conditions as in the physical store.

Please send us the return with the completed return form that is to find in your parcel, so that we can treat your demand as fast as possible. 




Step 3 : ship the parcel back



You can then send us the return of your order! All packages are to be sent to the warehouse of the company:

...with the completed return form that is to find in your parcel.

Do not forget to stamp your deposit documents and to keep it until we proceed to the refund or the exchange of your shoes.
