Information about our new warehouse

Because of upgrade works in our logistics operations and the move of our warehouse from Heidelberg in southern Germany to Goch in the center of Germany, your order might face few delays in processing and shipping.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience and want to thank you for your understanding and patience.

This notice concerns essentially multi-item orders. This is why we encourage you, if you need rapid delivery, to place orders for each item individually. To make this easier for you, we don't charge any shipping cost through the duration of the migration to Goch!

Example: If you want to order a pair of shoe with the fitting cream, please make two separate orders. No shipping costs will be charged!

We strive to shorten waiting times as much as possible and, once the moves are over, you will benefit from faster deliveries and better services!
