How can I follow the status of my order after it has been sent out for delivery?

If you have a personal account for our store, you can track your order by logging on our website.

You will also find the delivery status of your order: simply click on the DHL link of the corresponding tab.


If you do not have an account, you will be notified on the status of your order and its delivery by email. The email used is the one you use to order, so make sure that it is valid.

You can also track the delivery on the website of our partner DHL (English version): You only have to enter your shipment number which you received per email.
