Some products or all my order doesn’t fit. What can I do?

Generally speaking, we offer our customers a 14-day free exchange by clicking here.
Please contact our Client service to get your return slip. You’ll just have to mail your parcel at the post office. Cost or returning the order have to be paid by you.
You’ll get your refund as soon as we get your parcel, provided that the products sent back are in their original condition.
Can I exchange my product instead of a refund?
Yes, but only if exchange concerns the shoes size & if that size is still available in our stocks.
If you want an exchange for another model, that will not be possible. However you can be refunded, and make another purchase.
