I won’t be there during the delivery of my order, what to do?

Shipment will be done on the national territory by a DHL partner in your country of delivery. This allows you to enjoy the benefits of a local carrier, as a first and a second delivery attempt if you were not at your home the first time, and the deposit of a non-delivery notice and the possibility to collect your parcel at the nearest post office with the shipment number and a proof of your identity.


A post office can keep your package for 14 days after its arriving in some cases; if you didn’t pick it up it before the expiry of that period, it will be automatically returned.


If you find that delivery is taking longer than usual (more than seven days after ordering, for example), we advise you to check the tracking of your parcel online; if it does not give you enough details, you can also ask our customer service.
