My payment was refused, what should I do?

Your payment may have been refused for one of the following reasons:

  • the connection with the partner service has been interrupted, or took too long
  • your account does not have sufficient funds
  • the confirmation code (known as the 3DSecure) is not valid
  • some cards issued by foreign banking institutions are not accepted

 

If you notice any technical malfunctions please contact our Customer Service.


Some credit cards have weekly caps concerning Internet purchases; If you notice a problem with the payment itself, please contact your bank.
